Typical sauce from the South of Italy whose main ingredient is dried tomatoes, it is enriched by Fair Trade cashew nuts and fragrant with notes of thyme and oregan. It’s delicious with every type of pasta, but also perfect for a bruschetta with capers and anchovies. A classic of the Mediterranean cuisine.
